Being sick is never fun. It’s especially challenging when we want to be healed but it seems as if God doesn’t hear us. Cara Price of The Nourished Body and Soul shares with us her health journey and how God used a difficult period for her good.
When it comes to our health and body image, there’s so much to think about. For example, I’m sure most of us have looked in the mirror a time or two and didn’t like what we saw. Maybe we didn’t like the way our arms or thighs looked. Maybe we didn’t think certain health issues would be of concern.
The thing is, God truly does work everything out for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). He may not meet our expectations for the situation but sis, God’s way is always best—even when we don’t understand His plan. If you’re having trouble believing this, then this is the episode for you.
